I referred a friend to join the id SIM only plan . Unfortunately the reward is rejected without any explanation or clear reasons.

I am a bit disappointed that Id mobile not upto it's promises.

Is this a real reward or just a type of scam?

    Hi @boga

Sorry to hear that the referral was rejected. The Refer a Friend reward is valid. Could you please confirm whether the person you referred used the referral link you received to sign up for iD Mobile?

    Hi @boga

Thank you for letting me know. Could you please confirm when you referred the person? Also, has your friend or family member successfully paid their first two bills?

The reward may be declined if there have been any payment issues.

The person did paid the first and second payment. She hasn't got any issue with her payments. The reason of the rejection is not mentioned anywhere not in my ID account nor the email sent to inform me about it.
