Due to falling behind with payments from loosing my job my accounts been disconnected is they anyway I can get this back up and running if I can pay the total of missing payments I have missed ?

We’re really sorry to hear about what you’ve been through. Sadly, once an account has been fully disconnected, it can’t be reactivated, as it is permanently closed.

 

You’re more than welcome to take out a new plan with us if you wish, but the previous plan would no longer be accessible.
