I had a call a few months ago from ID mobile after my contract ended and continue as a sim only plan rolling contract. I said that what if I wanted to leave ID mobile and was told that would be fine after one month ID be charged the last month and now I want to actually leave they're going to bill me £156.56 in line rental and £19.65 even though all my payments are up to date??

Has anyone had this before?

Hi @HJC ,

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for the confusion. I understand why these charges are concerning.

When moving onto a rolling SIM-only contract, you’re still required to give 30 days’ notice to cancel. Because of this, your final bill can sometimes include:

Line rental covering the 30-day notice period
Any charges up to the cancellation date

Even if your monthly payments are up to date, these final charges can still apply depending on when the cancellation was requested.

What to do next:
Check your cancellation date in the iD Mobile app or any confirmation emails
Review your final bill breakdown in the app
