Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser @sargon
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

You’ll be able to pay an outstanding bill by using the iD Mobile app or calling the payment line, 7777 from your iD Mobile number or 0333 003 0001 from a non-iD Mobile number.

I managed to pay, ID system was down yesterday but all good now !
