network down refund as promised

Hi. I was told I would be refunded for the time the network was down in June. So far I can’t see any credit on my account. Can you refund me please? I was told by one of your operatives that we would get refunded.

Hi ​@Llanboy  I can see that our agent advised we would look into this once the matter had been resolved. Is it now working OK? If so, can you please reply to that message and they can get that all sorted for you.

I tried that and got reply X isn’t used anymore!! Please, don’t bounce me from one person to another to avoid giving me a credit. Can’t you sort it out?
