i made this order and did not accept the phone and it got cancelled. Can someone ensure it’s cancelled as you’ve taken money and first payment thanks

Thank you for getting in touch.
If you did not accept the delivery and the order will be returned, once it is received by the warehouse it will be processed as a return on our system. Once the return is received and checked by our warehouse, the order will be cancelled, and upfront cost will be refunded, and you will be charged for the number of days the account was active.
Refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method, and it may take 3 to 5 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank after the handset was scanned by the warehouse.
To ensure everything has been processed correctly and to check the status of your refund, we recommend contacting our Live chat or social platforms. They will be able to confirm the cancellation and provide an update on your refund.
