Hi my data should be 100 Gig per month and its only showing as 10 Gig can this be updated to refect my new contract.

I’m really sorry about this. I understand why it’s concerning if your allowance is showing incorrectly.

If your contract is for 100GB, the display showing 10GB may be a system or app synchronisation delay with iD Mobile.
 

Please try:
Logging out and back into the app
Restarting your phone
Checking your allowance again after a few minutes
 

If it still shows 10GB, let us know so we can send you a PM to have this discussed.
