New Customers direct debit …..

I’ve recently taken 2 PAYG 30 day contracts @ £9 a month each, obviously 2 direct debits.

the 1st one looks fine, but the second one says 

No money has been taken yet because it’s not due for 3 weeks.

my app says next payment £9 for each. I’m just curious why my banking app says £200.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@plot24 (Just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”).

iD Mobile’s Live Chat team are available 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday.
