new phone invoice not showing in app - need for Chromebook offer

In order to claim my free Chromebook I need an invoice for the S26 ultra I have purchased from ID. ID said that this would be shown under previous bills on the app - it is not there.

 

I emailed ID but have received no reply. I do not want to lose out on this deal die to ID not providing the necessary documentation. Any advice, anyone?

Same issue as well, can you not just provide with us a guide where we can get the invoice from?
