I am on the 50GB per month sim only plan, when my data plan was due to roll over yesterday u  had 76GB on my plan.

today when then data plan rolled over my data was set at 100GB - so i have lost 26GB of data for some reason?

I have not changed my phone plan, i have not upgraded my phone either.

I have not used my phone overnight in anyway that would make 26GB vanish.

as far as i know there isnt a limit to the amount of data that can be rolled over - as it has been over 100GB on other months when i haven’t used my phone.

Does anyone know how i can get hold of ID mobile team- ive tried dialling 7777, and i cannot seem to find a way to get on to the online chat either

Yes, that’s correct. Data only rolls over once. If you don’t use it for months one or two then on month three you’ll lose month one and only month two will roll over. The terms of your agreement will detail this.

For example, if you turn off your phone in month one and turn it on in month seven you’d have 100GB of data, not 300GB.

Hi @yeejhung, as @WelshPaul only one month’s worth of data rolls over. Thank you again @WelshPaul for the advice and I do hope that was helpful.

Thanks,

Isa🎀
