No live agent available for days

I have tried days for requesting live agent in live chat but it failed. I just want to refund. Can anyone here help me?

Yes, same here. The live chat shows: 

“I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.”

I require a refund for a data bolt-on abroad which couldn’t be activated, I have the chat transcript of the iD Mobile unable to assist me, so it can be refunded since it didn’t work.

My mobile data has not been working for sometime. I have gone through diagnostic suggested by the chatbot to no avail. I am getting the message below:
“I’m sorry. I’m not available to chat at this time. Please try again later and I will be glad to help you.”

Can I get some help with my mobile data please?

I’d be happy to assist you with this. To get started, could you please try the following if you haven’t already:

Restart your phone

Make sure mobile data is turned on in your settings

Check if you have a good signal or try toggling airplane mode on and off

Confirm that your data allowance hasn’t been used up

If you’ve tried all these and still have issues, please let me know your phone model and whether you’re using a physical SIM or eSIM, and I’ll look into this further for you. or get in touch via Socials (Facebook or Instagram), Live Chat, Community or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk.

Please can you advise what contact options they would be? Chat doesn’t work, and I don’t have Facebook or X.

Thank you for letting me know that the troubleshooting did not work, we do apologies regarding this inconvenience.

If you have access to the app, can you see how much data is available or are you on unlimited data?
