no service, overdue payment

I have had no service for the past 2 months and have been unable to use my mobile data. This has had a serious impact on me — I have struggled to get to work because I rely on my phone for directions, and I have nearly lost work opportunities because I was unable to access the service I am paying for.

I have attempted to contact you previously, but this has been extremely difficult because I am also experiencing phone issues as a result of the service not working.

I am requesting that this issue is escalated to a supervisor. I would like to cancel my contract, receive my PAC code so I can move to another provider, and I would also like to request a refund or account credit for the period where I have been paying for a service that has not been provided.

I do not believe it is reasonable to continue charging me for a service that has been unavailable for 2 months. If this cannot be resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter to the relevant complaints process, including the Ombudsman and Trading Standards if necessary.

Input your postcode into id’s NETWORK STATUS page to see if there are local issues.

If nothing showing, contact id via CHAT PAGE; type “SPEAK TO A PERSON”😁
