Your second mobile number won't automatically appear in the app. You'll need to add it to your existing iD Mobile account profile.

To do this:

1. Open the iD Mobile app and sign in.
2. Go to Account or Profile.
3. Select Add Account, Add Number or Link Account, depending on the version of the app.
4. Enter the details requested for your second mobile number.
5. Complete the verification steps, including the One-Time Passcode (OTP) sent to the second mobile number.
6. Once verification is complete, the second mobile number should appear within your account.

If you don't see an option to add or link another number, please let us know and we'll be happy to advise you on the next steps.
