NOT ACCEPTING DEBIT CARDS FOR PAYMENT OF BILLENT

I need help

 

Ive tried to pay my phone bill twice this week with my card that I use for my bills.

 

When thar failed I gave it another day incase it was a glitch.

 

Still won't work.

 

Tried my ither debit card and it said as before Oops there is a problem.

 

I have sufficient funds in both accounts so that is not the problem.

 

I wish to pay my bill but for some reason I can't.

I’m really sorry to hear you’re having trouble making your payment.  I understand how frustrating that must be, especially when you’re trying multiple cards and they’re not going through.

 

You can try making a payment using our automated phone service.

 

Simply call 0333 003 0001 or 0333 003 7777 from your iD Mobile phone, then select option 2 followed by option 1 to make a payment.

You’ll just need to enter the amount you wish to pay and your card details. This is quick, secure, and doesn’t require speaking to an agent.

 

If you don’t have access to your iD Mobile number, you can still make a manual payment by calling 0333 003 0001.

 

Both options are secure and convenient.
