not ID just changing plan

So I’ve just finished a two year contract of £38 a month but now keeping my phone that’s now paid off and changing plan, but they’re still taking £38 for the next 3 months even though I’ve already started a new plan, worst phone company I’ve ever dealt with, and to add I requested a PAC code and they said if you use your PAC you will be billed £180
