Not receiving emails to say direct debit due

I've got 3 numbers with ID Mobile.

For about a year, always receive emails just before direct debit to say money going out bank.

Not been receiving them for a few months now.

Do they need switching back on somewhere?

I received two emails this month from iD Mobile regarding two plans I have. Please check your spam settings.
