I have been with ID for 2 years now, time finally came to upgrade. Unfortunately I feel like I'm getting scammed. All my upgrade offers are pretty rubbish and on other websites (offering ID mobile plans) like carphone warehouse etc. the deals are way better. Cheaper phones, cheaper plans and more data.
I don't know what to do? Leave ID and come back? Sounds a bit silly and unnecessary hassle.

Just to clarify, if you take out a new iD Mobile plan through a partner website (such as Carphone Warehouse or other retailers), this is still an iD Mobile contract. In many cases, it would be treated as a new line or an additional contract rather than a direct “upgrade” on your existing account, depending on how it’s set up at the point of sale.
Therefore, pricing, handset offers, and promotions can sometimes differ between our direct upgrade offers and those available through retail partners.
If you’re unsure what would be best for your situation, it may be worth comparing both options side by side before making a decision, as either route would still keep you with iD Mobile.
