opened new contract today want to transfer number

I was always with ID mobile, I have just taken another id mobile contract Today. 
 

I forgot to add pac code when ordering, I want to do this now and keep my old number on this new contract, can you do this for me please

    Thanks for getting in touch.

     

    Unfortunately, iD Mobile doesn't support internal number transfers, so it's not possible to use a PAC code to transfer a number from one iD Mobile plan to another.

     

    The only way to keep your existing iD Mobile number when getting a new device is to upgrade on your existing plan, or to transfer your number to or from another network provider using a PAC code.

     

    As you've already taken out a new iD Mobile contract, we'd recommend contacting the point of sale where you purchased it to discuss returning the new plan. Once that's been cancelled, you can then upgrade correctly on your existing iD Mobile account to keep your current number.
