Once your contract finishes and your handset is fully paid off, your plan will automatically move to a monthly rolling basis. Your monthly bill will remain at the exact same price as it is right now, and your data, minutes, and texts allowance will stay the same.

Because we do not automatically lower the price when the phone is paid off, your best option to save money is to switch to one of our cheaper SIM-only plans. Since you already own the phone, you can significantly drop your monthly cost while keeping your same phone number.

You can view your exact upcoming bills, check your contract end date, and browse cheaper SIM-only upgrade options at any time by logging into the iD Mobile app or via our website at idmobile.co.uk.
