Out of plan short code SMS charges

For the first time since joining iD, I received notice a few days ago when sending a message to 83111 that SMS messages to short code numbers were an extra charge. On checking I saw that they cost 15p. I sent the message in question. The app now shows a charge of 45p against my next bill. As far as I’m aware the one SMS of this type is the only out-of-plan item I’ve sent.

Can you explain the 45p on my next bill please?
