Good morning I want to talk about my id mobile sim it has been blocked and the renewal actually happened in 5 days I want to pay my monthly bill I want to pay 56 pound and I know there will be 150 left the overdue balance which I don’t know why because I have paid out of it before and it seems to not go down . I’m wondering if we can make an arrangement for the overdue balance as I can’t afford to pay it now it got put on my account without warning me because I was going over data that’s why i switched to unlimited . please help me out ty
