outstanding balance email confusion - already paid the bill?

received an outstanding balance email today from ID but my bank account shows I've paid the months bill already. about a month ago i saw i had two direct debits connected to ID mobile but i only have one plan for one phone, so i cancelled one. overall just confused about this second set of billing, can't find info about it anywhere on my account.

We are sorry to hear there has been some confusion around your billing. 

When the direct debits were previously taken, were they all for the same amounts?
