Iv spoken to someone about my outstanding bill to arrange getting my phone put back on had my benifits stopped why iv not paid it but sorted that now said 48 hours would either turn it bk on or message me but herd nowt need my phone bk on

Thank you for letting us know. If you were advised that your service would be restored within 48 hours after arranging payment, it’s possible the reconnection is still processing. Sometimes it can take a little longer depending on when the payment clears.
Here’s what you can do:

-Restart your phone to refresh the network connection.
-Check your account via the iD Mobile website or app to confirm the payment has been applied.
-If the payment shows but your service is still off, please contact us via Live Chat, Socials (Facebook or Instagram), or email us at socialqueries@idmobile.co.uk so we can escalate this and get your phone reconnected as soon as possible.
