Hello dear 

i have join id netwrk in the end of February.  February to till its 4 months. But you charged me 7 times in this duration.  Explain these things. Otherwise i will leave the id network. Thanks

In some cases, a payment may initially show as successful on the app but the Direct Debit itself may have failed or been returned by your bank, which can result in multiple attempts or additional charges appearing on the account.

 

We would strongly recommend that you first contact your bank directly to review your Direct Debit history and confirm whether any payments were duplicated, reversed, or re-attempted. If they confirm any discrepancies, please obtain a statement or transaction history.
