over my bill this month for an add on

I have been charged an extra 8.00 on my bill that came out today it’ says 8.00 add on for minutes when I have unlimited minutes I never asked for the add on

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for the confusion. I understand it’s frustrating to see an extra charge when you have unlimited minutes.

This £8.00 charge usually relates to a chargeable add-on that has been triggered or added to the account, rather than your standard minutes allowance.

 

Please check the following:
Go to the iD Mobile app → Billing → Add-ons / Charges
Look for any recently activated minutes add-on or one-off purchase
Check if it was added by mistake or triggered when your allowance was exceeded (e.g. non-UK calls or premium numbers, which aren’t included in unlimited minutes)
