Is it right you should be charged 45 pounds as soon as you leave the airport for data charges

We are so sorry to hear that you have been overcharged. Without having access to your account, we would not be able to view what the charges are for, however when roaming out of the 50EU countries, it is recommended that you lower your cap or set it to £0.00 to prevent any unwanted charges. 

 

To lower your bill cap, you can follow the below steps:

To increase or decrease your iD Mobile bill cap, log in to the iD Mobile app or your account at my.idmobile.co.uk. Navigate to the "Bills" section, select "Manage bill cap," adjust the slider or enter a new, higher amount, and save the changes.
