I had a call a few months ago from ID mobile after my contract ended and continue as a sim only plan rolling contract. I said that what if I wanted to leave ID mobile and was told that would be fine after one month ID be charged the last month and now I want to actually leave they're going to bill me £156.56 in line rental and £19.65 even though all my payments are up to date??

Has anyone had this before?

Hi @HJC,

Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for the confusion. I understand why these charges are concerning.

This usually happens due to a 30-day notice period on SIM-only rolling contracts. Even if payments are up to date, your final bill can still include:

Line rental up to your cancellation date
Any remaining notice period charges

What to check:
Your cancellation confirmation date in the iD app or emails
Your final bill breakdown in the billing section

If it still doesn’t look right, let us know.
