Overcharged obscene amount on bill, what is this for?

Hi, I was overcharged £45 on my bill for presumably roaming charges. This is ridiculous as I’ve had an eSim enabled since I went on holiday and there was no opportunity where my mobile data or SMS was enabled/working. £45?? The equivalent of a phone contract!
