My mobile app is saying my bill is overdue but i paid two times in december

    Hi ​@boopay123x ,

     

    Please check your iD Mobile app, as it will show the reason for the overdue bill and any charges that were applied. You can also download your bills from the app to review the payments and see why the amount appears overdue.
