Overdue not registering payment

I missed a payment from last month as I have not set up a direct debit, I would like to do this. Additionally I paid the overdue bill and it did not change the appearance of being overdue so I paid again, so I have paid £70 when I should have paid £35, if this can be fixed it would be great.
