Hello 

i have problem I’m in Ethiopia … I received a call but didn’t answer and my bill just went up to 63 pond in one seconds and I didn’t even answer the call  or made any calls

    Thanks for getting in touch, and I’m sorry for the concern this has caused. I understand how worrying a sudden charge can be.

     

    Ethiopia is not included in iD Mobile’s inclusive roaming zones, so charges there are applied on a pay-as-you-use basis. This means you can still be charged for things like:

    Receiving calls (even if you don’t answer)
    Brief network connections while roaming


    What to do:
    Check iD Mobile app → Billing → itemised charges
    Turn data roaming OFF or use airplane mode to avoid accidental usage
