Question

paid bill been cut off being 30p short

Hi I paid my phone early on the 17th of this month like i do every month come to use my phone today and been cut off i was 30p short which didn't realise I've paid pound today but still off and why getting turned off when 30p short hate that u can't even phone up anyone from this company to talk anymore

    Thank you for your post. I’m sorry to hear you’ve been cut off. I can understand how frustrating that must have been.

     

    It’s worth checking your invoice each month, as you may have been charged extra for usage outside of your plan, which can make the amount due slightly higher than usual.

     

    If your service is still off after paying the balance, please get in touch with us directly so we can check whether there is a bar on your account.
