Ive paid my overdue balance three times and the money has left my account but my balance is still overdue. I need this resolving now.

How long after paying did you check your iD Mobile account?

It typically takes up to 24hrs for it to reach your iD account but on very rare occasions it can take up to 3 days.

If it has been longer than that then you can connect with Live Chat to see what has gone wrong:-

Type ‘talk to a person’ when you open the dialogue box to bypass the unhelpful chatbot.
