Paid but unpaid status not updating

I paid my outstanding bill but my unpaid status is not updating so I can’t add in my new direct debit details?

Hi there ​@wook 

 

If you’re using the iD app have you tried clearing the app’s cache? Then going back into the app to see if it’s now updated?

Hey there ​@wook, sorry to hear that. Once paid, it can take some time to update on the app/website, so please allow 24-hours for the payment to clear with us etc.

Hello.

 

I paid my  bill through the app as I usually do.

 

Money has been taken, but ID app has not acknowledged payment, and it has already been over 24 hours.

 

I can’t get through to a person via the live chat.
