Paid text services not working

I can’t seem to send texts for competition entries. I’ve added a buffer limit that can go over my standard bill payment, is there a way to fix this?

If you are unable to send texts for competition entries, please make sure that Premium SMS services are enabled on the account and that your Bill Cap is not set to £0, as this can block chargeable short-code texts.

 

Please check the following on the iD Mobile app:

  • Log into the iD Mobile app
  • Go to “My Services”
  • Ensure Premium Rate Services are enabled
  • Check your Bill Cap and ensure it is set above £0

Please also:

  • Restart the handset
  • Try sending the message manually rather than from copied text
  • Ensure you have signal and are able to send normal SMS messages successfully
