Hello. I have two accounts. However I don't have access to one of the sims and I never used it. I accidentally cancelled my direct debit and am having trouble paying the bill as it wants me to pay the bill with the number registered to a different number. Has anyone got a way I can do this please?

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. You can contact our payment lines on 0333 003 0001 or 0333 003 7777 to make a payment. Please ensure you call from a different network or a landline, as calling from another iD Mobile number may cause the system to treat the payment as being for the number you are calling from.
