I want to pay my final bill, I had trouble logging in so cancelled direct debit. Please send me a invoice so I can pay final bill.

You can make your payment in the following ways:

 Pay via phone (automated service):
• Call +44 333 003 0001
• Follow the options for payments
• Enter your mobile number and card details to complete payment
 

Pay via iD Mobile App:
• Log into the iD Mobile App
• Go to Billing / Payments
• Select Make a payment
• Enter your card details and confirm payment

 

Re-activating your Direct Debit (if you prefer this going forward):

• Log into the iD Mobile App or My Account online
• Go to Billing → Payment methods
• Select Set up Direct Debit
• Enter your bank details and confirm setup
