Hiw do i pay manually

If you have outstanding charges then you can make a payment for these by using this method:-

Log in to your My Account portal, go to My Billing, and select Make a payment.

Your Direct Debit monthly payment should cover the cost of your monthly plan unless you are incurring Out of Plan charges.

To stop any OOP charges then you can set your Bill Cap to £0:-
Open the iD Mobile App or log in to your account at my.idmobile.co.uk,
Go to Bills > Manage Bill Cap, adjust the limit to £0, and save your changes.
When reached, this automatically blocks chargeable activities like premium calls etc.

We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your bank account.

 

If your Direct Debit isn't going through, you can still make a manual payment using any of the following methods:

  • Via the iD Mobile app or My Account online by selecting Make a Payment.
  • By phone by calling 0333 003 0001 or 0333 003 7777.
  • If you're calling from your iD Mobile handset, you can simply dial 7777.
     

Once your banking issues have been resolved, we'd also recommend checking that your Direct Debit is still active to help avoid any missed future payments.
