I have an outstanding bill, for a ID phone number I cancelled I used the help section on ID I couldn’t use the App as my number had been cancelled, went through chat who redirected m to an Expert service who charged me £1 then gave me the same information I had already tried, be careful folks you get transferred to the Expert For £1 what they don’t say upfront is the £1 is just to get you hooked, if you don’t cancel, it £35 a month straight from your account. 
BEWARE!!!!!
