Want a link to pay old number final bill don't  say go to id app cause that's connected with my new number just a link so I can send money through a payment. Please

      Unfortunately a link to pay isn’t possible to give, my best recommendation in this scenario is to call 0333 003 0001 from a non iD Mobile number and quote the number you had with us.

        I need To pay my sons final bill of £9 but it keeps saying that my details (surname, date of birth) are incorrect when one download the app to pay.? 
        I cannot remember any login details but do still have the phone number?

        Simply call the number above and make your payment. No login is required for this.
