Been trying to make payment now for 3 weeks an getting nowhere iv done the live chat an spoken to an agent on there for them to say if gone to debt collection I have then phone the debt collection for them to say my case is closed as its been payed when I have not made any payment so had to go back to id chat for them to say pay online or the automated payment again will not work told them this then get given an vulnerable team number for them to just try an transfer me to automated payment im getting absolutely nowhere going round in circles u can look how many time iv been in contact with you this its just beyond now im paying for a phkne thats disconnected an will have another bill now on top of this an I haven't even used it how is this my fault that ur system ain't taking payment your just putting me in debt for a phkne I ain't using
