I need to change payment date

Thank you for getting in touch with us. 

 

To change your payment/Direct Debit date on the iD Mobile app, follow these steps:

Open and log in to the iD Mobile app.
Tap on Account or Bills (depending on your app version).
Select Billing & Payments.
Tap Manage Direct Debit or Change payment date.
Choose your preferred new date and confirm the changes
