We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble changing your Direct Debit date in the iD Mobile app.

To change your Direct Debit date, please try the following:

• Open the iD Mobile app and log in
• Select My Account
• Tap Billing
• Select Change Direct Debit Date
• Choose your preferred payment date
• Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Next to confirm the change

If the Next button is not visible, please try:

• Closing and reopening the app
• Updating the app to the latest version
• Using the iD Mobile website through your mobile browser or a desktop browser instead
• Rotating your handset to landscape mode (if supported)
• Reducing your display size or zoom settings temporarily

Please also note that Direct Debit dates can only be changed once every 6 months. If you've changed your Direct Debit date within the last 6 months, you won't be able to make another change until the 6-month period has passed.
