payment date/ no money taken out

Hi, could someone please help me. First I got told my bill will be due on the 8th every month by email, and now on the app it’s saying the 4th every month. I’m confuse by that. And second, it’s saying payment successful was on the 6th but no money has been taken out of my account. What should I do? Please help me.

Thank you for reaching out. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding your billing dates, it can be a bit tricky when different information appears in emails and the app.

 

To clarify: the date in your app is the current due date for your account, which may have been updated from the original email you received.

 

Regarding the payment showing as successful on the 6th but no money being taken from your account, this can sometimes happen if a payment was authorised but not yet fully processed.
