Hi,
I am recieving the following error when trying to upgrade my SIM only package at the payment step:
"Oops, it looks like your details may not match. Please ensure your card is registered to the billing address and name you entered on the details page."
The bank card is the same as the one that is used for my direct debit.
I have checked this in the Bills > Payment section, the account and sort number are for the same bank card for payment.
Could you advise please?
