payment error and suspension of account

I got a text this morning that my account has been suspender due to outstanding balance however it took double my monthly on 9th of may so when It didnt take anything in June I assumed it was using the extra full monthly I paid in may for June then it also didnt even try take money (which i have enough in my bank for it to take) for this month either and now has suspended the account even though its not my fault and I cant call the number it provided in the text because my account has been suspended. And i need my calls and data so i need someone to fix it asap because im not paying the almost £60 when i only owe £29.97 for this month which again it didnt even attempt to take.
