Hello thanks for your advice I just called that number and I paid my full balance with my card and it has gone through my account but on my id mobile app it still says I owe the money and hasn’t updated also won’t let me call or use my data even tho I’ve paid ?! Has anyone else had this issue .

i tried calling complaints but they close at 6pm so I just missed it , is there another way for this problem to be fixed ?
