payment screen doesnt work

I’m trying to add another SIM, but the payment screen doesn’t pop up when it asks for the one P payment

It’s gone through now but didn’t see anything to do with a PAC code

Thank you for letting us know that the payment has gone through.

The PAC code option is used if you would like to transfer a number to us. You can request a number transfer at any point during your contract; simply contact our Live Chat team, and they will be happy to assist you.
