How do I contact Someone about my bill being taken twice then as I’ve looked through my bills it was taken twice in July as well both this month and Julys was taken on the 5th and then again on 11th

Hi ​@Timh79, I am so sorry for that. When a payment has failed it does not show on the ID mobile app. May I please ask if you see these payments from your bank statement?

This has also happened to me in July and August. It says payment failed and then that the payment was taken twice. The failed payments and the two taken payments appear in the app

Can you please check your bank statements for the time of the payments to check if two were showing as taken.
