payment taken numerous times

I have checked my payments, I have 3 payments taken for November and also my bill should be £5 a month not £10. 

 

Please arrange to credit my account.

I am so sorry that you have made payment 3 times. Should this be a fault on our end a credit should be on the account automatically. When checking on the ID Mobile online account/app it could not be showing payments as missed, could you please double check on your bank statement if the payments were taken from your bank those times. If yes, kindly contact us at these times so we can access your account:

9am - 8pm Monday to Friday
9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
